ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Atlantic Print House reserves the right to cancel or otherwise refuse print jobs it deems are obscene or offensive, including but not limited to pornographic materials.
Atlantic Print House reserves the right to charge the customer for services rendered up to the point that the job was cancelled.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
PRODUCT RIGHTS
Atlantic Print House reserves the right to show customers samples of any products we have printed and/or designed.

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties.
Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party’s policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.
THIRD PARTIES
If you use this Site to submit Requests for or on behalf of a third party (“Third Party”), you are responsible for any error in the accuracy of information provided in connection with such use. In addition, you must inform the Third Party of all Terms and Conditions applicable to all products or services acquired through this Site, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto.
Each User using this Site for, or on behalf, of a Third Party agrees to indemnify and hold each Covered Party harmless from, and against, any and all liabilities, losses, damages, suits and claims (including the costs of defense), relating to the Third Party’s or the User’s failure to fulfill any of its obligations as described (above). The User is directly responsible for any Request submitted, including related fees, charges and performance obligations.
GRAPHIC APPROVAL
Graphics must be pre-approved in writing via email before printing can take place. Please only approve of your graphic art when you are ready to commit to its printing, as this approval is final, and not reversible. Approval must be received by 3 PM EST for that business day to count or else approval date will be following business day.
COLOR PROOFING
Because of differences in equipment, paper, inks, and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in color between color proofs and the completed job is to be expected. When a variation of this kind occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance.
PAYMENT
All prices and amounts given are in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise noted.
If a customer purchases any products or services from Atlantic Print House, the customer agrees to fully pay for all charges, including taxes and shipping/handling fees, by credit card or with an approved payment method BEFORE we complete an order. We will not start working on a print job until we have received the full payment.
Once a print job has been approved by the customer, no changes are allowed to the artwork files, job characteristics, or printing turnaround time.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Since we customize each order according to your file and exact specifications, no refunds will be given once Atlantic Print House starts working on your order. Usually, work will begin on your job as soon as we have received your files and payment.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
Customers must notify Atlantic Print House within 48 hours of the time of delivery or time of pick-up of any defects discovered in the printed product. 100% of the product must be returned to Atlantic Print House at the customer’s expense within 14 days from the date of delivery or date of pick-up. If we accept the claim as valid, Atlantic Print House will reprint the order and ship it back at no cost to the customer. Charges to rush print are non-refundable. Atlantic Print House assumes no liability beyond the price of your order.
Errors that we are not responsible for include, but are not limited to: Any spelling, graphics, grammar, punctuation, bleed, orientation/alignment, folding mistakes that are approved by the customer.
SHIPPING
No refund on shipping charges will be allowed on any job once it has shipped.
Once a package is shipped, Atlantic Print House is not responsible and will not be liable for late or damaged packages during the shipping process. If your order is incorrect or damaged in shipping please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and at our discretion we will make the proper arrangements. If your package is damaged on shipping take pictures of the damage before opening the package.
Atlantic Print House is not responsible for any delays in shipping and we will not upgrade the shipping method to accommodate a missed estimated ship date. Customers may feel free to upgrade the shipping method before we ship at their own expense.
If a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, Atlantic Print House will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional non-refundable shipping/handling fee for the shipment.
